What do we do?

PLASTIC WELDING

Using Leister hot welding techniques its possible to plastic weld any fairing or panel achieving the original strength. If you have two identical damaged panels we can make one good one from them. Our two part cold welding system is ideal for re-fixing broken lugs. Don’t buy a new panel. Particularly for large panels it’s cheaper to repair them if you have most of the bits.

PLASTIC SCUFFS

Minor scuffs are sanded out and the deeper ones filled with the latest flexible fillers.

INDICATORS

Are you fitting smaller indicators? We can weld plastic into holes and return the panel to its original finish.

TANK DENTS

It is possible to fill quite large dents and repair the tank to its original finish.




	WHEELS

		Minor chips can be repaired or we can re-colour complete wheels.

PAINTING

BikeSpray use the Lechler paint system ( OEM suppliers to Aprilia, Derbi, Ducati, MBK, Moto Guzzi,Piaggio and Yamaha) who are one of the market leaders. This consists of both the older Direct Gloss and the more modern inks and paints with lacquer top coat. Included are pearls and metallic colours. The system is updated annually and covers all the World’s major manufacturers. This enables us to paint just a small area and colour match, so saving on expensive decals. We can also source chameleon other special paint finishes, in fact any bike spray..

Colour matching anything is possible including huggers, belly pans, side panels, hard luggage, mirror housings etc all to match the original colour.

	We can supply OE decals or after market decals at extra cost. The after market decals are acceptable but not as exact as OE particularly where they include parts of the bikes colour scheme.
